Bandwidth is measured as the total data transferred through your proxied apps. This includes both incoming and outgoing traffic from your servers through Seawise.io to your users.

What happens if I exceed my bandwidth?

If you run out of monthly bandwidth, your reserve (from top-ups) will be used automatically. If both are exhausted, your apps will be paused until you purchase more bandwidth or your monthly allocation resets.

When does my bandwidth reset?

Your monthly bandwidth resets every billing cycle. Top-up bandwidth never expires and carries over indefinitely.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes! Cancel anytime from your billing settings. You'll keep Admin access until the end of your billing period.

What happens to my top-up bandwidth if I cancel?

Your top-up bandwidth is preserved and never expires. Reserve bandwidth carries over indefinitely and is available on any plan, including the free tier.
